Woodview CDC 11th October 2012 from 12pm onwards We would like to invite you to come along to our information sharing event and receive the latest updates on multi agency services available for Children with additional/complex needs in Halton. Have the opportunity to speak to parents who have used our services about their journey and experiences. Come along and talk to our integrated health teams, who work closely with the acute services. Hear how we work together in partnership with the Local Authority and Voluntary Sector, to support seamless care pathways. There will be a range of statutory and voluntary services attending the event.
