BRENTWOOD Sept. 5, 1:15 a.m. A subject contacted during a verbal dispute on Garin Parkway at Chestnut Street was found to have been driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. Sept. 5, 1:42 a.m. On Balfour Road at Sellers Avenue, a subject who struck another subject several times was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. Sept. 5, 2:04 a.m. A resident of Peachwillow Court reported that a subject in possession of a dangerous weapon had been invited into her residence by her son, but not with her permission. The subject was arrested and released to his parent on a Juvenile Affidavit. Sept. 5, 9:33 a.m. A resident of Outrigger Circle reported that his vehicle has been stolen. The vehicle was located, two subjects were arrested and taken into custody, and one was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. Sept. 5, 7:42 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at the Highway 4 Bypass, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a suspended license. Sept. 5, 10:42 p.m. A driver entered the intersection of Balfour Road and the Highway 4 Bypass against the red light and collided with another vehicle, causing it to flip onto its top. A passenger in the second vehicle complained of head pain and was transported to a local hospital. Sept. 6, 8:12 a.m. A resident of Sheldon Street reported receiving hang-up calls from a blocked phone number. Sept. 6, 9:55 a.m. Brentwood Boulevard at Technology Way, a subject stopped for expired registration was found to be driving on an expired license. Sept. 6, 11:24 a.m. An unidentified person forced entry into a residence on Brookdale Drive and stole a shotgun, rifle, welder and vehicle. Sept. 6, 3:29 p.m. An unidentified person entered a residence on Bartlett Court through a side door and stole change from the bedroom. Sept. 6, 4:42 p.m. An unidentified driver

Sept. 7, 11:04 a.m. A resident of St. Andrews Drive observed an unidentified person, driving a gold Lexus with black wheels, stop at his mailbox and steal two envelopes containing checks he had written. Sept. 7, 12:37 p.m. On American Avenue, two subjects found in possession of marijuana – one, the seller; the other, the buyer – were arrested and released on Juvenile Affidavits. Sept. 7, 1:23 p.m. A subject who called in the initial report of shots fired in the area of Mills Drive on Sept. 6 found nine .22 caliber shell casings behind his residence on Armstrong Way. Sept. 7, 2:41 p.m. On Sand Creek Road, a driver struck a light pole, which toppled over and struck the front of a business. Sept. 7, 6 p.m. A subject who stole merchandise from a business on Lone Tree Way brandished a knife at the assistant manager, challenging him to fight. The subject then stole merchandise from a nearby store, where he was apprehended by loss-prevention personnel, arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. Sept. 8, 8:59 a.m. An unidentified person entered the unlocked side garage door of a residence on Anderson Lane and stole a purse. Sept. 8, 10:28 a.m. At police headquarters, a resident of Larkspur Lane turned in a firearm for destruction. Sept. 8, 11:48 a.m. An unidentified person deposited a fraudulent check using the account information of a resident of Chatsworth Court. Sept. 8, 2 p.m. A subject drove past a business on Sand Creek Road several times in violation of a restraining order. Sept. 8, 6:39 p.m. On Applewood Court at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to have a no-bail warrant for his arrest and be driving on a license suspended for DUI. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. Sept. 8, 7:38 p.m. A subject placed under citizen’s arrest for shoplifting at a business on Lone Tree Way was released on a Promise To Appear. Sept. 8, 11:50 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Central Boulevard, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to have an

He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. Sept. 9, 9:17 a.m. An unidentified person cut the gasoline line to a vehicle parked on Breakwater Way. Sept. 9, 10:27 a.m. A resident of Anastasia Drive reported receiving annoying phone calls from an unidentified person. Sept. 9, 11:16 p.m. On Balfour Road at Hudson Drive, a subject who failed to yield to a police vehicle during an enforcement stop was found to be driving without a license and in possession of a stolen vehicle. He was arrested and released on a Juvenile Affidavit. Sept. 10, 6:56 p.m. A subject who entered a residence on La Fonte Drive with the intent to commit theft was arrested and taken to Juvenile Hall. Sept. 11, 11:39 a.m. and 12:51 p.m. Catalytic converters were stolen from vehicles parked on Milberry Place and Monterrosa Court. Sept. 11, 12:18 p.m. An unidentified person stole a purse left at a restaurant on Blossom Drive. The purse contained the victim’s wallet and medication. Estimated loss: $100. Sept. 11, 1:36 p.m. On Mills Drive, two subjects were involved in a domestic disturbance over beans. Aug. 30 – On Live Oak Avenue at Main Street, a subject was arrested for driving without a license. Aug. 30 – A bicycle was stolen from the 100 block of Malicoat Avenue. Aug. 30 – On the 100 block of Douglas Road, a subject was arrested for domestic violence with injury to a spouse. Aug. 31 – A residence on the 200 block of Al-

Sept. 1 – On the 4200 block of Northwood Court, a subject was arrested for being under the influence of drugs. Sept. 1 – On the 100 block of Crane Court, a subject was arrested for indecent exposure. Sept. 3 – Arrested warrants were served on the 2100 block of Megan Drive and the 900 block of Walnut Drive. Sept. 3 – On the 100 block of Minaret Road, a subject was arrested for battery. Sept. 3 – A juvenile runaway was reported on the 100 block of Hamilton Court. Sept. 4 – On the 500 block of Norcross Lane, a subject was arrested for vehicle theft.
