BRENTWOOD Jan. 17, 4:02 p.m. An unidentified person used the credit card information of a resident of East Country Club Drive to make a $700 online purchase from Macys.com. Jan. 17, 5:07 p.m. A subject damaged a vehicle parked on Brentwood Boulevard, entered the vehicle owner’s residence through the window and refused to leave. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. Jan. 17, 5:21 p.m. A subject who stole a pair of jeans from a business on Lone Tree Way was arrested and released on a Juvenile Affidavit. Jan. 17, 6:54 p.m. An unidentified person broke the window of a vehicle parked on Cobalt Lane at Rosie Lane and stole a laptop computer. Jan. 18, 6:04 a.m. On Lone Tree Way at Fairview Avenue, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving on registration expired for more than six months. Jan. 18, 8:07 a.m. An unidentified person stole a GPS unit and papers from an unlocked vehicle parked on Summer Circle. Jan. 18, 10:23 a.m. A resident of Black Amber Way sent $3,700 via Western Union to Canada following a fraudulent communiqué claiming that a family member was in jail. Jan. 18, 11:08 a.m. An unidentified person used the ATM card number of a resident of Peachwillow Drive to purchase items in another state. Jan. 18, 11:30 a.m. An unidentified person used the personal information of a resident of Sand Creek Road to purchase items in Florida. Jan. 18, 12:01 p.m. A resident of Armstrong Way reported that occupants of an unidentified vehicle driving away from his house stole mail from his mailbox. Jan. 18, 3:47 p.m. An unidentified person used the Social Security number of a resident of Sherwood Drive to gain employment. Jan. 18, 3:54 p.m. A subject who stole a vehicle and was found in possession of it on Village Drive was also found to have two outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. Jan. 18, 4:06 p.m. A driver ran the red light

LOGS on the Highway 4 Bypass at Sand Creek Road and collided with another vehicle. Both drivers complained of pain and were taken to a nearby hospital. Jan. 19, 9 a.m. An unidentified person damaged a vehicle parked on Chestnut Street at Midway Alley. Estimated damage: $2,562.52. Jan. 19, 10:35 a.m. An unidentified person stole the rear license plate off of a vehicle parked on Silverton Way. Jan. 19, 1:01 p.m. At police headquarters, a subject who turned himself in on two outstanding warrants was cited and released. Jan. 19, 2:51 p.m. An unidentified person stole bales of cardboard from the rear of a business on Brentwood Boulevard. Jan. 19, 10:17 p.m. An unidentified person stole a purse on Lone Tree Way. Estimated loss: $925. Jan. 19, 10:40 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Applewood Common, marijuana was found and booked for destruction. Jan. 19, Midnight On Balfour Road, the passenger of a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to have a no-bail warrant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. Jan. 20, 12:12 a.m. An unidentified person stole a vehicle parked on Altessa Court. Jan. 20, 9:01 a.m. An unidentified person stole copper material from a cell site on Walnut Boulevard. Jan. 20, 10:42 a.m. An unidentified driver struck a vehicle on the Highway 4 Bypass at Sand Creek Road and fled the scene. Jan. 20, 5:20 p.m. A runaway juvenile caught shoplifting at a business on Sand Creek Road was arrested and released to her parents on a Juvenile Affidavit. Jan. 21, 3:40 p.m. A four-vehicle rear-end collision took place on Sand Creek Road at O’Hara Avenue. Jan. 21, 10:14 p.m. On Sand Creek Road at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving without a license and on expired vehicle registration. He was arrested and released on a Notice To Appear. Jan. 22, 6 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Grant Street, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be under the influence of a central nervous system

Jan. 22, 8:50 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Homecoming Way, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. Jan. 23, 10:25 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Second Street, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a suspended license. Jan. 23, 4:10 p.m. An unidentified person stole a catalytic converter from a vehicle parked on Vancouver Court. Jan. 23, 7 p.m. On Village Drive, an unidentified driver contacted for an open container violation and suspected to be in possession of cocaine for sale fled from officers. OAKLEY Jan. 10 – A vehicle was towed from the 1000 block of Warhol Way. Jan. 10 – On Hill Avenue at Main Street, a subject was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Jan. 11 – Arrest warrants were served on Bridgehead Road at Main Street, on East Cypress Road at Picasso Drive and on the 3200 block of Main Street. Jan. 11 – A student was found in possession of a weapon on school grounds on the 1100 block of O’Hara Avenue. Jan. 12 – A subject was found to be under the influence of drugs on Laurel Road at Rose Avenue. Jan. 12 – On the 5700 block of Bridgehead Road, a subject was found in violation of probation. Jan. 12 – A vehicle accident with property damage occurred on Empire Avenue at Main Street. Jan. 12 – A vehicle was towed from the 100 block of Star Street. Jan. 12 – On Main Street at Vintage Parkway and on West Cypress Road at Empire Avenue, subjects were arrested for DUI. Jan. 12 – A terrorist threat was reported on the 1100 block of Deerpark Road. Jan. 13 – A vehicle was towed from Main Street at Vintage Parkway. Jan. 13 – Arrest warrants were served on the 1400 block of Walnut Meadows Drive and on West Cypress Road at Main Street. Jan. 13 – An armed robbery occurred on the 2000 block of Main Street. Jan. 13 – On Bayside Way at Waterford Way and on Laurel Road at O’Hara Avenue, subjects were arrested for DUI. Jan. 13 – A subject was observed brandishing a weapon on the 1100 block of O’Hara Avenue. Jan. 13 – A residence on the 800 block of Almond Drive was burglarized. Jan. 13 – Residences on the 100 block of Carol Lane and the 2100 block of Megan Drive were vandalized. Jan. 14 – A subject was found in possession of an unlawful weapon on Laurel Road at Woodhill Drive. Jan. 14 – Sexual battery occurred on the 1000 block of Covered Wagon Drive. Jan. 14 – A residence on the 4100 block of Sequoia Drive was burglarized. Jan. 14 – Grand theft was reported from a residence on the 1000 block of Vineyard Drive. Jan. 14 – Identity theft occurred on the 100 block of East Ruby Street. Jan. 14 – A residence on the 3300 block of Main Street was vandalized. Jan. 14 – On the 1800 block of Teresa Lane, a subject was arrested for public intoxication. Jan. 15 – A misdemeanor hit-and-run occurred on the 400 block of Second Street. Jan. 15 – Identity theft was reported on the 300 block of Lakespring Place. Jan. 16 – A vehicle accident with injuries occurred on Empire Avenue at Pine Street. Jan. 16 – Two residences on the 900 block of Walnut Drive were vandalized.
