How was exploration changed over time? What are the consequences of exploration?

Why do people explore? Challenging Some people try to challenge themselves. By going some were new that no one went to. Roald Amundsen is a Norwegian explorer he was the first person to go the South Pole.
Treasure or trade Some people travelled to trade with other country's.Marco Polo travelled from Europe to China to trade. Some explorer travel to get rich like Vasco Da Gama. Many Explorers traveled to South America to find gold.

Explorers travel in different ways like you can explore by making new Medicean or go to some ware new.

Over time people have been in different places on the world. A long time ago lots of explorers travelled by ships and boats. Marco Polo travelled by camels to explore Asia. More recently Neil Armstrong explored by a rocket to explore space. Now people explore in different ways.
Long time ago people explored to be rich or be the first person to a new land and be famous. Marco polo explored to trade with China. More recently Roald Amundsen wanted to be the first person to the North Pole. Now people explore in different ways to be famous.
What did people take? Explorers take things what they need to take to there explore. Marco Polo took food,camels,water,clothes. Roald Amundsen took frozen coil and a rope. More recently Neil Armstrong took a special clothes.
What are the consequence of exploration?
Land A Long time ago conquistadors went to Native America. They took over South America. The People in Native America lost their land and they gave all their gold and silver. And they made them to Slaves.
Diseases! A long time ago conquistadors gave Native Americans diseases so lots of them died! They gave them Small pocks and yellow pocks. And they took religion and language.
