Ranked eighth in the nation by virtue of their Tulsa triumph and in view of an undefeated season, A. & M. next trimmed Texas Tech, 466, at Stillwater. Every man on the Cowboy squad saw action as Lookabaugh swept his bench clean of 44 players. The regulars saw only limited action, playing most of the first period and only a few minutes of the third. Best play of the game came midway in the second quarter when Walter Schlinkman, highly regarded Tech fullback, fumbled deep in Aggie territory.
