Greetings BIG Family, Friends, and Attendees for our 2022 National Training Institute, As the Chairman of the National Board of Directors, I am delighted to welcome you to the city of Cleveland for our 43rd Annual National Training Institute (NTI). This year's NTI Theme: "BIG 2022: Training in a Transformed Workplace Pivoting to Provide Professional Development," is appropriate as we emerge from and overcome some of the obstacles presented by the Global Pandemic.

We have had to be nimble in our approach to networking with each other to ensure we maintain and improve on our business acumen for sustaining our employment. Additionally we continue to update our professional development to ensure advancement in our careers.

The 2022 NTI is the perfect vehicle for enhancing your education and fulfilling much needed Continuing Education Units. It is also our first opportunity to reestablish our connections with friends and colleagues we have not seen face-toface in more than two years. The National Board of Directors and the National Executive Committee collaboratively teamed to select a specially curated variety of classes for self-improvement and personal growth. Therefore, I am confident there is something for everyone in our repertoire here in Cleveland. For first-time attendees, please feel free to ask any BIG Officer or member for assistance to make your visit as enjoyable and effective as possible.
