This paper offers insights and suggestions based on an exclusive research report examining process maturity and business transformation levels across The Netherlands. It also reveals the ways business leaders in The Netherlands use process management to optimize their businesses.

The research was conducted in late 2021 by Entourage BD, on behalf of the SAP Signavio team, and taps into the region’s “current state” for business process management. More than 100 C-suite executives, IT specialists, business transformation specialists, VPs, managers, and directors, all from organizations with over 1,000 employees, responded to a range of questions about how and why they use process management solutions.
