WELCOME We are excited to invite and welcome you to our Fifth Annual bull sale, location change this year to Elston Lone Tree Ranch. You are welcome to come preview bulls at ELTR anytime. We continue to be committed to using proven genetics with an emphasis on consistency and this set of 2 year old bulls are top-notch. An addition to our sale this year, Burchill Angus is offering 14 bred registered Angus heifers. Our cows work for us. Problem free cattle that have the longevity, fertility, feeding ability, and carcass traits that keep us all profitable. Our business is helping our customers succeed. With a short 45-day breeding season and continuing to feed out half our bull crop as fattened steers, helps put the selection pressure to work. This positions us to identify the animals we believe will move programs forward. The bulls have been developed the same way as in previous years, non-creep fed and turned out on pasture as yearlings to stay sound. They returned to the ranch in the fall and have continued to develop well. We produce animals with structure and balance. We are thankful and appreciative of all our past customers and those who have shown interest in our program. HEALTH: All bulls have passed semen evaluation performed by Dr. Greg Carlson, Southwood Veterinary Clinic in Jamestown, ND. On 11/30/2023, bulls were poured with Clean-Up II, and drenched with Valbazen. BASE PRICE: All bulls will have a minimum price of $3000 sale day. Bidding will begin at the base price. VOLUME DISCOUNT: Volume discount as follows: Two bulls - 2% discount Three bulls - 3% discount Four bulls - 4% discount Five or more - 5% discount RETAINED INTEREST: Full semen interest and possession sells on all bulls. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Terms of sale are cash. Full payment is due sale day or online bidders will be invoiced. DELIVERY: Free up to 300 miles from Elston Lone Tree Ranch within the U.S. All bulls will be delivered immediately after the sale. Take bull(s) home day of sale receive $50 off per bull. GUARANTEE: All bulls selling for $3000 or more will be covered 100% by ELTR & BA if they are injured during their first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 60 day period following the first turnout of the bulls. All bulls selling for $3000 or more will be given 100% of the value of the injured bull, minus any salvage value, as credit. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by a veterinarian. Coalition was the hight selling bull of the US ranch in Alberta, Canada. Purchased by Spickler Ranch South. His dam Erelite 1092 an outstanding Angus cow also purchased by Spickler Ranch South and M Diamond Angus Ranch of Wyoming. Coalition stamps his progeny with great structure and breed character. We chose to use Coalition after visiting Nathan and Emily Spickler’s ranch in 2020. We were able to see numerous daughters in production.
