We buy our produce fresh.” Boulder Tap House’s “build your own burger” starts at $5.99 with 6 ounces of fresh-ground Angus that is never frozen -- add to that a nearly endless list of ways to enjoy it. The cheese curd burger is by far the most popular crowd pleaser. The restaurant sports 14 specialty burgers from the classic cheeseburgers to the loaded Defibrillator. And for those looking for another option, the new California grilled veggie burger comes with vegetables and mouth watering avocado. And this fall, Boulder is rolling out a new menu that includes homemade, loaded totchos — jumbo tater tots.

of any one style. “We pay for quality beer here and we support all the local breweries,” said Fran Dobis, director of operations. For customers, that means anytime someone would like to try a new variety they can get a free sample. A beer flight provides another way to try a new beer with four different 5-ounce beers served on a paddle. Boulder Tap House carries everything from a Double Imperial to beverages appealing to domesticated beer drinkers. And there are now a host of options for non-traditional beer drinkers with sours and ciders and a Champagne beer, which goes through the same bottle condition as actual Champagne and comes with a high carbonation, light body and Champagne-like finish. Dobis said for those who aren’t beer lovers, and for those who are, there is always something to try.
