BOYS & GIRLS CLUB
Their mission is to assist youth in Middle School and High School in introducing them to part-time job and internships, gaining work experience, professional development, and to be exposed to activities in various career fields to further expand the youth’s interest in various industries.
JAMESTOWN
The organization is driven by empowering the youth to participate in their communities in leadership roles with supporting mentors that are paid in after school and summer programs. There are various programs within the organization that teach community organizing, college and career readiness, cover letter & resume workshops,and financial capability.
YELL (YOUTH ENGAGED IN LIBRARY LEADERSHIP)
Works with SF YouthWorks to accept applications, and spans across 10 libraries in the city. There is the benefit of familiarizing yourself with a library There’s a lot of free resources offered, not to mention computer access, and other teaching workshops. Youth are given a stipend every 2 weeks.

STANFORD MEDICAL YOUTH SCIENCE PROGRAM
This opportunity is tuition free, open to low-income, first-generation high school juniors who live in Northern California. Runs from June 23 to July 28. Contact: smyspteam@stanford.edu for more information!
STANFORD SAGE CAMP
This program is also tuition free, geared specifically for public high school students, with a focus on girls in stem. This program runs from July 24 to July 30.
GIRLS WHO CODE SUMMER PROGRAM
Another tuition free program. It's an online program (computer access is needed). For 9th-11th graders, it runs for 2 weeks or 6 weeks self-guided. They give $300 need-based grants.
