Pastor Bradley Liebe was born and raised in Waupaca, Wisconsin, and pursued higher education at North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. During these formative years, he discovered his passion for leadership and helping others, guiding his professional journey. His career began in earnest in Fort Myers, Florida, where he served as Student Ministries Director at a local church from January 1992 until November 2000. In this role, Liebe organized weekly events for students, developed curricula, and created activities to promote personal and spiritual growth. His responsibilities also included organizing large-scale events in the U.S. and internationally, with attendance figures ranging from 100 to over 10,000. These events were crucial for mentoring young people and assisting them in achieving their full potential. In December 2000, Liebe took a significant step by relocating to Copenhagen, Denmark, where he served as the Executive Director of a new faith-based technical college. He successfully launched this institution, which reached a complete enrollment of 50 international students in its first year. He raised $2 million to fund and sustain the college, developed its curriculum, and managed its day-to-day operations. Returning to the United States in 2003, Liebe became the Assistant Senior Pastor at a church in Fort Myers. Under his leadership, the church's attendance and infrastructure grew significantly, including expanding to five regional campuses and completing a significant building project.
