Garlic Bread Better than any other!

1 loaf French bread 2 large cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup milk Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Cut bread in thick slices. Melt butter in shallow pan. Stir in milk. Add garlic and stir. Dip both sides of bread briefly in butter mixture, squeezing out excess. Stir often to keep butter mixture combined. Coat both sides with Parmesan. Place on foil-lined baking sheet and broil both sides until golden brown. May be prepared a day ahead and wrapped in foil. To reheat, open foil and reheat either in oven or on barbecue.
