18 class 14
Red Blends comment
Lovely colour and fruit, a beautifully blended wine with great harmony. Not shy of structure but seamless tannins and finesse. This wine will live for many years and it emerged as the top wine from a very strong class of red blends. Senior Judge and Winemaker Sue Bell, Owner bellwetherwines.com.au

Slow roast lamb and cabernet merlot are a favourite of mine. Cover the lamb leg in virgin olive oil and crushed fresh rosemary then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Slow roast all afternoon and serve with mash, greens and jus made from the same wine. Judith Kennedy, CEO boutiquewines.com.au
