We approach every day with a goal to earn additional “thank yous” as our measure of success. Our business is unique because of our team dynamics. With five team members from various backgrounds and personalities, we blend well together with mutual respect for our differences, and an understanding that as a team we are better than any one individual. One thing you may not be aware of is that both Dirk and James (Jay) worked together as colleagues in 1997, each building their own Wealth Management Practice. Fifteen years later, in 2012, they decided to merge their practices into one team to better meet clients’ needs.
