Downstairs, a rec area with pool table, dart board and surround-sound television room offers comfy entertainment for Dave and Lisa, and their three grown boys when they come home. And as the entire house — heating, lighting, surround sound, blinds, you name it — is controlled via remote or iPhone, customizing the environment is just a button away.
