The company history is a story of continuous research and innovation, with which the company has made a great contribution to the world of construction. Founded by Carl Bossong in Dusseldorf in 1951, initially it produced powder actuated tools and nails, and sold building products. In the years of post-war reconstruction Carl Bossong had the idea of using the operating system of a pistol to drive a nail into concrete. The management was taken over by Italians in 1962, under the supervision of the Taddei family, at the time owners of Industria Elettrochimica Bergamasca, specialists in galvanising treatments. Over the years the company increased production with more modern solutions in the mechanical fixing and chemical anchoring sector which, from the '90, became the core business. Bossong has been certified ISO 9001:2008 since 2000.
