In 1990, Aqua had a desire to have a product better than anything else on the market. Almost 10,000 nights later and we’re still accompanying anglers on their quest. Under the stars, absorbing the atmosphere, taking it all in. This year’s gear guide encapsulates part of what we do, and why we love it. Myles kicks us off as we take a look at the preparation and planning involved in executing the perfect campaign, demonstrating what it takes to remain focused and never lose sight of the goal. We get an insight into what drives a seasoned campaign angler and how nothing gets in the way of the end result. What we can’t show you is the lengths taken to fulfil his dream and the countless hours piecing together the puzzle and building the bigger picture. Meanwhile, Jimmy favours the more underground approach to his fishing. Creating his own path with Barley (his loyal pooch) by his side and finding tranquillity on wild waters, off the beaten track. The information on these waters is very often sketchy, but with determination and a little luck there’s nothing more rewarding than the adventure of finding out for yourself.

With a heavy workload caring for our customers our very own Dan finds creative ways to maximise his limited time on the bank. Leaving early and setting up late, he finds inner city solitude and sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With urban surroundings, the park lake escape holds unique opportunities for those willing to adapt and the friendly dog walker is in fact your friend and may have that inside knowledge to unlock the waters potential. Being a local lad, Andy has grown up fishing the canals of the North West and enjoys nothing more than reciting a tale or two of large nomadic fish that have been left to their own devices growing wiser and evading capture. This year’s catalogue sees Andy treading the towpaths, exploring a network of waterways that flow through the North of England, left over from times gone by. In contrast to these charming stretches of canal, Paul (our man behind the catalogue) gets mobile, making use of limited time to explore areas often neglected, in search of some best kept secrets. The British canal system in the North West played a vital role in the industrial revolution, so it’s no surprise that some of the areas we angle on are remnants of trading past, backdropped with modern development and picturesque in their own right. For 2017 we have a couple of new additions to the range of signature Aquatexx® shelters that have become a staple part of any serious angler’s arsenal. We introduce Staxx, a brand new modular storage system that offers something a little different to our hugely popular Black Series Luggage. Quick Sticks Aqua Products® Quick Sticks are designed to make set up and pack down times even easier by utilising a quick fit mechanism. These Aqua storm rods have been finished in a matt black powder coating and feature twin locking nuts to prevent slippage. Both 32” and 48” Quick Sticks will add stability to the front of the brolly when high winds and bad weather is expected. If you use one of our brolly overwraps, adding front poles is essential, and although 48” quicksticks are compatible with the wraps, we recommend using the 32” version which will give more flexibility.

Refund and Exchange - You may return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt in mint condition and we will issue a refund, including the cost of our postage and packing.
