Bosch Home Comfort PRO Setting Up Your Partner Portal Account

These steps are applicable to any company with an account on Boschpro or the ABC website

1. United States Companies go to: bosch-us-home.thernovo.com

Canada Companies go to: bosch-ca-home.thernovo.com

Then click “Sign in Now” to set up your SingleKey ID (user profile creation)

2. Log in or sign up for SingleKeyID. Click “Continue”.

SingleKey ID is a single sign on tool Bosch uses. It will allow you to sign in to Bosch websites with the same email address & password.

3. Click “Sign Up & then create your SingleKey ID password.

4. Enter the six-digit security code you received in your email. Click “Finish SignUp”.

5. Read & accept Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

6. Enter your first name, last name, language. Then, click “Create personal profile”.

7. New Customers: click “Register Company.” If you are already a BoschPro or ABC user, skip to step 11.

8. Fill in your company information and click “Register” to continue.

9. You’ll receive an email confirming your account creation. Bosch will review and approve the account within 24 hours.

10. Once your account is approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with a customer number & link to log in.

11. Fill in your customer number and the postal code associated with your account. Click “Check Data.”

NOTE: If you are an existing ABC or BoschPro member and don’t know your customer #, click here

12. You will receive an email to activate your company account. Click on the link “Activate company account” to proceed.”

13. You’ll be redirected to the sign in page and your account will be confirmed. Click Sign in.

14. Select which Technologies (Product Categories) your company woks with, then save & continue.

15. Fill out the company questionnaire, save and continue.

16. Welcome! You will now be brought to your Home Comfort PRO dashboard.
