HERE ARE SOME BASIC PACKING GUIDELINES FOR A ONE-WEEK CHARTER: 1. Three-Four bathing suits and cover-ups/wraps 2. Two comfortable pairs of sandals (no big heels – flip flop style is great) 3. One pair of water shoes (optional) 4. One pair of sneakers with two pairs of socks 5. Three-five outfits (I know this doesn’t seem like enough, but trust me – it is!) 6. If you plan to eat at a fancy restaurant, a dressy outfit is required. 7. Underclothes and pajamas (you can be the judge on this) 8. Laundry facilities are available if necessary. 9. Remember to put one outfit aside for your flight home. 10. Use duffel type bags that you can fold up and store on the yacht. 11. In your carry-on bag, I suggest packing a change of clothes, a bathing suit and basic toiletries (in case your bags are delayed/misplaced.) HERE ARE SOME OTHER ITEMS YOU SHOULD PACK: 1. Beach bag 2. Toiletries, including a good moisturizer/lotion 3. Sunscreen (Use all the time and you’ll still get a tan!) 4. Lip sunscreen (optional) 5. Insect repellent 6. Camera/phone 7. Deck of cards 8. Books, magazines, journal 9. Music (preload music on your phone and use the Bluetooth connection to play it) 10. Chargers for electronic items. Cell phones (some don’t work in BVI), lap-top (I don’t suggest bringing…this is vacation, right?) The yacht has US outlets so no need for converters. HERE IS A LIST OF OTHER ITEMS YOU MAY WANT TO CONSIDER PACKING: 1. Large frying pan for groups or more than 6 people (the ones onboard may be big enough but they are not huge) 2. Inexpensive blow-up water floats if you usually like using them 3. Storage baggies (some gallon and sandwich sizes) 4. Spices (disposable salt and pepper, and a small quantity of your other favorite spices.) 5. Powder drink mixes that mix with water. Iced tea, lemonade, crystal light and so on. 6. Coffee and powdered coffee creamer 7. Snacks that don’t crush easily. Granola bars, mixed nuts/dried fruit, Pringles chips, crackers. 8. Dried foods – not too much. Rice, pasta, cereal and so on. 9. Condiments – again, not too much. Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salad dressing, hot sauce, peanut butter, jelly and so on. You usually want to bring the smallest sizes you can find and in plastic containers. 10. Tuna or any other canned foods that don’t take up too much space. 24

Page 26

HERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU WANT TO PURCHASE IN TORTOLA: 1. Cleaner 2. Paper towels 3. Toilet paper 4. Basically, anything you will consume or throw away, you need to supply.

WHAT'S INCLUDED ON THE CHARTER: A full sets of dishes, glasses, cups, mugs and silverware on board your yacht - and dish soap and sponge. We discourage ordering one time use paper or plastic plates, cups, utensils, straws, etc. It is windy out on there and these items invariably end up in the water, polluting the pristine beaches and impacting wildlife.

These items also create a lot of trash and there are few places in the islands to dispose of garbage: Kitchen: Paper towel x1 - Dish soap x1 - Sponge x2 - Trash bags x1 box (10 bags) | Coffee filters x1 pack - Handi-wipes x1 pk - Kitchen towels x2 |Bathroom: Toilet paper - 1 each head - Bath soap – 1 small soap each head Linens: Bed sheets - Light blanket | Set of towels per person - 2x Beach Towels, 1x Bath Towels, 1x Hand towel, 1x Face towel Ice and Coolers: We provide two coolers per charter with two bags of initial ice per cooler. Full snorkel gear and pool noodles
