MASTER’S PROGRAM • This program covers a comprehensive range of subjects in the field of construction practice, focusing on the management and delivery of complex construction projects. • Internationally recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Nationally accredited with the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), and meets the educational requirement set by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) for the granting of an Open Builders Licence. • Contains a strong sustainability theme which equips you with distinctive skills that are highly sought after in the built environment industry. PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM • This program follows the same structure as Master of Construction Practice with an additional 20-week Professional Portfolio. • You will be able to choose between either a work placement or research project for this component. GRADUATE DIPLOMA • The Graduate Diploma comprises of eight subjects. • Upon completion of the Graduate Diploma, students may choose to complete an additional four subjects to gain a master’s qualification.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS An Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 bachelor’s degree from an approved institution or equivalent qualification and / or relevant professional experience deemed equivalent by the Executive Dean.
