oing to Pozos is like time traveling and arriving at a mysterious and enigmatic ghost town. It was founded in 1576 and its semi-desert landscapes are ideal to photograph. The session can begin in the center of the village, where remains of mansions and buildings without restoration tell stories of another time. When walking along its dirt roads, embraced by cacti, you can get to the mines that were exploited and have long been abandoned. The Cinco Señores Mine, founded in 1889, is fascinating because of its open patios, arches and large windows that frame the intense blue horizon of the Bajío. Finally, a portrait of the great wall surrounding this mine and exuding traces of a golden age is essential.
