YOUTH SUMMER CAMPS LACROSSE (LAX) - INTRODUCTION TO SKILLS & BASICS
Come learn and enjoy some of the basics for the fast growing and exciting sport of Lacrosse! This introductory clinic will teach players hands on lacrosse basics including cradling, passing, catching, ground balls, dodging, and shooting. Players should bring a water bottle and sneakers (cleats ok) and be ready to have fun! Lacrosse sticks will be provided. YOUTH FENCING COMPETITION WEEK
Coach Silvino Lyra will be offering a week long intensive of bouting and competition for beginnersexperienced. This camp will continue the growth of young fencers and encourage new strategies and tactics for bouting. Fencing is a lifetime sport and enhances coordination, fitness, mental awareness and through competitive bouting we will inspire and enhance confidence. Participants will be separated by ability level and if parents would like to be involved we will create an adult category too! Come take part in this new youth sports class with an introduction to Volleyball in a recreation format. During this camp, participants will learn the basic skills for the sport of volleyball including terminology, positions, drills, ball control, and strategies of the game.
