FOOD FOR LIFE

ALL AGES Bring the whole family on an international journey for your taste buds! Each month we’ll visit a different culture as we cook our way through favorite dishes of that cuisine. Students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Barbara Smith, a Food for Life consultant, will share information on cooking and eating for optimum health. Samples and take-home recipes are included in these 1-hour classes.

HEALTHY EATING SERIES Spend this spring discovering delicious and nutritious meals you can make yourself. We’ll cover the latest and greatest in proven dietary trends, from probiotics to vegetarian to Mediterranean meals. CLASS (18+)
