FITNESS/SPORTS GOLF LESSONS – Quail Hollow
ICE SKATING – Learn to Skate
AGES 7-13 Classes will cover full-swing, stance, grip, short game, chipping and putting. All classes are open to any skill level from beginner to advanced; clubs will be provided for the students during class time.
AGES 7-18 Recognized by Learn to Skate USA as a Top 10 program in the country, Idaho IceWorld’s Learn to Skate program provides a fun and structured way for skaters to be physically active and improve their skills under the professional eyes of certified instructors. More information on page 7.
GOLF LESSONS – Warm Springs AGES 7-13 All classes will cover full-swing, stance, grip, short game, chipping and putting and are open to any skill level, from beginning to advanced. Lessons will include on-course instruction. Golf clubs are available at no cost to students.
ICE SHOW CAST AGES 7-18 All Learn to Skate students who register for BOTH the Sept/Oct and Nov/Dec sessions are eligible to participate in the annual Ice Show co-produced by Idaho IceWorld and the Boise Figure Skating Club. More information on page 7.
ICE HOCKEY Ages 9-17 Beginner hockey players will learn the fundamentals of skating. It is important for these developing players to become comfortable on the ice, learn the basic hockey stance, stride, knee bend, use of edges and how to hold a stick before moving into a 6U or 8U full hockey curriculum. Players need to be able to participate in class independently from parent. Scholarships are available for these classes. For class description, see page 16.

NEW VOLLEYBALL – Introduction AGES 10-14 Through team play, we will be able to start developing the basics. Younger players will use balloons, beach balls, volley-lites and an adjusted net height to ensure success while learning the basic skills and rules of the game. Older players will use beach balls and volleylites to help establish consistent basic skills and team play. (Experience is helpful but not essential for this class).
