PAMPER YOURSELF By Anita Taylor In our busy lives, we sometimes forget to set aside time for ourselves. Taking time to treat yourself well is not a luxury it is an investment. The better you feel, the better you’ll perform, whether it is at work, a hobby or just life in general. In this issue, we offer some suggestions for ways to reward yourself for a life well lived.

A well-made piece of clothing can make you feel like a million bucks. If you’ve got the cash, splurge on a top of the line custom tailored suit. Think of it as an investment, a well fitting suit will make you look more successful. If your budget is a bit tighter, splurge on some quality underwear or swimwear. It is easy to do so without breaking the bank and a well fitting swimsuit can get you some extra attention at Hollywood Beach.
