Welcome to the 13th Annual Anchor B / B Bar / Carpenter Limousin Bull Sale! We are certainly glad to be a part of this sale with our good friends the Bohrsons and Carpenters. Be sure to join us on Friday March, 14 to view this strong offering of Limo bulls! We strive to produce bulls that are docile, deep ribbed, eye appealing, have hair yet still maintain what the breed is known for! Once again this year’s group is led by the Wulfs Tibon sire group. It never seems to fail that his sons rise to the top. This will be our first set of sons off our newly acquired herd sire DVCL Mr. Unbelievable (UB). All were born unassisted, sound structured, quiet in their demeanor and have good scrotal development. The remainder of the bulls are sired by new and old AI sires that have created $ and attention amongst cattlemen. As you study our offering this year, take note of the maternal side of the bulls. The Loralee/Nicole cow family are responsible for 50% of the bulls. Foxtrots make up 33% of the offering. We only have 1 off the Urban Girl cow but as you study the Anchor B offering you will notice she has many grandsons in their offering because of ‘The Boss’. Our program is based around strong cow families and this offering exemplifies that! The bulls are on the Pfizer Gold program and have been poured with ivomec. Once again we have developed the bulls on a high roughage ration to promote growth and longevity. Tons of muscle shape, plenty of body, great testicular development, quiet, and has the herd bull presence. Off the Loralee cow herself, this cow is responsible for 50% of our sale offering this spring, that in itself says enough about the cow family! Loralee has put bulls at Hidden Valley Limousin, Lawrence Williamson, Miller Limousin and Dehr Farms. Tibon has proven himself over time and that shows in the $6,070 average on bulls sold to date.
