University of Maryland Team Wins PCI Design Precast Competition Students from the University of Maryland won the PCI Design Precast Competition with Innovation Innovillage, a precast living and learning concept. Hosted by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute, the competition spotlights innovative precast design. Maryland teams swept the top three and presented at the 2026 convention in Kansas City.
