SUPER SMOOTH SURFACE Super Smooth Surface technology has been developed to minimize lime remains, undesirable dirt and bacteria on ceramic surfaces and make cleaning easier. All BOCCHI faucets use the finest components, from silky smooth ceramic cartridges to our anti splash aerators at the end of each spout – all are designed to improve the experience as well as the durability of using our faucets. These small things might not be immediately noticeable but they add up, to bring to your homes a great design and to you, a unique everyday experience.
AERATORS & SPOUTS & SPRAYS All faucets use spout aerators or flow straighteners to add actual air to the water, which contributes to the protection of the environment. Every spray function spout is subject to a tough life-time test guaranteeing 10,000 times of usage. On top of that, each swivel spout tested solid for 50,000 times. These innovations in fluid technology keep your water flow in a controlled and distinctive pattern and eliminates splash back.
EUROPEAN CERAMIC CARTRIDGES At the heart of every BOCCHI faucet operates a silky-smooth European ceramic cartridge. We test them for 500,000 cycles before we will pass them for use within our faucets. Why? Well this means that under normal use conditions your faucet cartridges have proven that they will work for many years to come. The kitchen faucet is the most used appliance in the kitchen, so cartridge quality assurance is essential.
FINISHING QUALITY We use traditional artisan hand polishing techniques which ensure perfect blemish free surfaces and crisp edges. BOCCHI faucets include three different surface finishes to choose from: Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel (BN) and Oil Rubbed Bronze (ORB). With more than 8μm nickel thickness and 0.25μm chrome thickness, the most preferred Polished Chrome Finish assures an ever-lasting, shinny surface. All this means that that the finish is richer, the plating deeper and ultimately more durable.

At Bocchi, we strive to fulfill our mission of improving the level of luxurious living for each person who is touched by our products and services. FIRECLAY KITCHEN SINK LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY Bocchi warrants its fireclay kitchen, bar, and utility sinks, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. Gloss reduction, scratching, staining and acid or alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. This warranty applies only to Bocchi fireclay kitchen, bar, and utility sinks installed in the United States of America or Canada (North America). If a defect is found in normal residential use, Bocchi will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse, such as dents and scratches after installation, is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Bocchi with all warranty claims. Bocchi is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Bocchi exceed the purchase price of the product.
If the fireclay kitchen, bar, or utility sink is used commercially or is installed outside of North America, Bocchi Co. warrants the fireclay sink to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the product is installed, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.All other components other than the fireclay sink carry Bocchi's one-year limited warranty unless otherwise specified. FAUCET ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Bocchi warrants all aspects of the faucet or accessories ("Faucet"), (except non-chrome finishes) to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. This warranty applies only to Bocchi faucets installed in North America. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Bocchi will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty*. General Care and Cleaning Tips for Bocchi Products For best results, keep the following in mind when caring for your new product: Always test your cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire surface. Wipe surfaces clean and rinse completely with water immediately after applying cleaner. Rinse and dry any overspray that lands on nearby surfaces. Do not allow cleaners to soak on surfaces. Use a soft, dampened sponge or cloth. Never use an abrasive material such as a brush or scouring pad to clean surfaces. Care and Cleaning Tips for Bocchi Fine Fireclay Kitchen Sinks

Rinse thoroughly and use a soft cloth to wipe the product dry after each use. Soft abrasive cleaners may be used when necessary to clean Bocchi fireclay products. Strong abrasive cleaners will scratch and dull the surface. Success with cleaners and procedures is dependent upon such factors as the hardness and temperature of the water, using exact measurements of ingredients, changes in cleaning formulas and the condition of the product being cleaned. Since there are variations within these factors, Bocchi cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the formulas mentioned. Bocchi kitchen sink accessories, including bottom bowl racks, wire rinse baskets, cutting boards and colanders will help to protect the surface of your sink. Care & Cleaning Tips for Chrome and Other Finish Metal Surfaces Do not use cleaners containing ammonia, bleach or acid. Rinse thoroughly and use a soft cloth to wipe the product dry after each use. The Oil-Rubbed Bronze finish should be cleaned only with Windex Original. Success with cleaners and procedures is dependent upon such factors as the hardness and temperature of the water, using exact measurements of ingredients, changes in cleaning formulas and the condition of the product being cleaned. Since there are variations within these factors, Bocchi cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the formulas mentioned. The ideal cleaning technique is to always blot dry any water from metal surfaces.Allowing water to evaporate on metal will form water deposits. It is important to use a dabbing action to dry metal, not an abrasive or rubbing action. Cleaning with a damp sponge and buff drying should keep your product looking beautiful.
