he Haven, a group home in Boca Raton for adolescent boys who are placed in protective care by the State of Florida, has announced its 20092010 board of directors and officers, with Thomas C. Smith, second vice president, Wealth Management, Citi Smith Barney, serving as chairperson. An active and loyal supporter of The Haven, Smith has been in the financial advisory business for more than 16 years. He holds an MBA from Florida International University and is a Certified Financial Planner. “The Haven has significant, ambitious campus and program-enhancement and expansion plans under development, and this board will be instrumental in bringing these plans to fruition,” Smith said.
