Various food and beverage vendors will be operating to the public across the event opening hours.
Please ensure your exhibit is manned and fully set up for opening 15 minutes prior to public opening hours for the Event Manager to complete a site survey on each day of operation.
All Exhibitors must adhere to the event schedule and be operational on each day of the event.

EXHIBITOR STAND SPECIFICATIONS We are aiming to ensure that the exhibitor area for the 2013 BMX National Championships will be of a standard that ensures that competitors and spectators will experience a great
level of professionalism.
Specifications of exhibitor site: -
The trade marquees will be made up of 6m deep marquees

Each ‘site’ is 6m x 3m, however spaces will also be available in 6m x 6m and

Power will be available to each site
6m x 9m if you wish to hire conjoined 6m x 3m sites

Signage featuring the exhibitor name will be provided for each exhibitor

The marquees will be set up on an asphalt surface.

Lighting will be provided for each exhibitor
There will be walls separating each site and covers to close the front of the marquees
at the end of trading each day
Roaming security will be at the event outside of hours and the Sleeman Sports
Complex has CCTV throughout the complex
All electrical equipment brought in must be tagged and tested prior to event
commencement
No exhibitor will be permitted to bring their own marquee, structure, vehicle etc. into the exhibitor area for retail purpose

Price covers the cost of each site for the duration of the event. An invoice will be forwarded to you for payment. All payments are to be finalised by 15 April 2013 or you will not be permitted to trade at the event.

OPERATIONAL DETAILS Bump in: Monday 29 April 2013 from 2.00pm. Please call the Event Manager on your arrival,
before unloading any equipment.

Bump out: Sunday 5 May 2013 from approx. 5:30pm or as otherwise directed by the Event Manager. No exhibitor will be permitted to bump out until all racing and presentations are completed.
Insurance: A copy of your certificate of currency outlining Public Liability cover up to
$20,000,000 must be sent to us prior to the event with the attached indemnity form signed
and dated.
Exhibitor parking: Due to limited parking in the VIP Car Park, each exhibitor will be
permitted to park 1 vehicle per day in this area. If you have any other vehicles you will need
to park them in the public car parking space, which is within walking distance of the event. On Monday 29 April you will be able to park your vehicles in the precinct to allow you to
unload your equipment.
Exhibitor I.D: Exhibitor lanyards will be given to you to wear as identification. This will also
be your admission pass for the VIP car park. These will be distributed during bump in. 1 per site.
Signage: Exhibitor signage will be produced for your exhibit as per your application form. Unmanned exhibits:
For any reason, should you not be able to man your exhibit at any
time, please ensure that a sign is produced and displayed to indicate when the next time the
exhibit will be manned and all items are secured. Your equipment is your responsibility and
if you have anything valuable BMXA advise that you lock it away somewhere safe while you
are away from your site. BMXA take no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods or equipment.
Security: Roaming Security has been arranged for the event after hours. Please be aware
that roaming security means that security will be at the venue but not specifically at the
exhibitor precinct. Your equipment is your responsibility and if you have anything valuable
BMXA advise that you lock it away somewhere safe after hours. The exhibitor marquees DO NOT lock. BMXA take no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods or equipment.
Waste material: Recycle and waste bins will be located adjacent the trade area and you are
responsible for the cleaning of your own site.

INDEMNITY Parties
BMX Australia (“BMXA”); Sleeman Sports Complex (“SSC”); The entity referred to in Item 1 of the Schedule ("Exhibitor").
Agreement
BMXA grants a licence to the Exhibitor to use that part of SSC premises specified in Item 2
of the Schedule on the date or dates specified in Item 3 of the Schedule (or such other date or dates as may be agreed between the parties) for the purpose specified in Item 4 of the
Schedule.
In consideration of BMXA allowing the Exhibitor to use SSC premises, the Exhibitor agrees to
indemnify and keep indemnified BMXA, SSC, and BMXQ their officers, employees,
representatives, consultants and agents from and against any actions, suits, costs, claims,
damages and expenses which it or they may incur or become liable for by reason of any act,
omission, injury or loss, expenses, damages, matter or thing occurring on the SSC premises
arising from any usage by the Exhibitor except to the extent that the injury or loss, expense,
damages, matter or thing occurring is caused by BMXA, its employees or agents.
The Exhibitor must make well at its expense any damage that may be caused to any
building, appurtenance or equipment within the SSC premises except where such damage is
caused by an act or omission of BMXA, its employees or agents.
The Exhibitor warrants that any material produced as a result of its use of the SSC premises pursuant to this agreement, shall not be utilised in any other manner or for any other purpose than that referred to be in Item 4 of the Schedule.
