This modern, two-bedroom, second floor apartment faces Lake Como and overlooks the town of Gravedona, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. All doors open onto and access the wonderful balcony. It sleeps four people very comfortably and consists of two double bedrooms, both with lake views, a spacious kitchen/living room and dining room, full bathroom and private car parking space adjoining the apartment, the wonderful large balcony which runs the full length of the apartment and patio and amazing lake views. The kitchen comes equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board, safe, stereo system, patio table and chairs and reclining sun loungers. The apartment has central heating and a strictly No Smoking/No pets policy. The apartment benefits from being close to the local amenities such as the local grocery, post office, restaurants, telephone box, superstore, shops and bars (about a 10 minute walk) and the public beach is only a 15 minute walk away. The apartment is on the side of the mountain which, in our opinion makes it unsuitable for those with mobility issues without transport.

Recently restored, the Hotel Metropole enjoys a superb location in the centre of the resort and is privileged enough to be the only hotel in Bellagio with a view directly onto Lake Como. The Patio Restaurant commands breathtaking views of the Lake, as does the Terrace. All of the guest rooms have a beautiful view of Lake Como either full on or a side view, some rooms have balcony or terrace and all rooms have private facilities with bath or shower, telephone, TV colour-satellite, mini bar, safe and hairdryer. All rooms are individually air-conditioned.
