OUR MISSION WHY CHOOSE US?
Blossombs was founded by Daisy de Bruijn and Geerten van Eldik, with the aim of making biodiversity fun and accessible for everyone.
We are shocked by the bee and butterfly deaths in the world. Butterflies, bees and bumblebees have a hard time due to a shortage of flowers. We thought we had to do something about that.
And that’s how Blossombs’ flower ‘bombs’ were born. Colourful, packaged as nice gifts, 100% safe, suitable for both adults and children and for large target groups to produce in a sustainable way in our own country.

in our mission to give the world more color with flowers – and therefore food – for butterflies, bees and bumblebees, we always look for a combination of ‘beautiful for people and beautiful for nature’.
That’s why Blossombs are made in the Netherlands with 100% natural ingredients and organic wild flower seeds. We work with social employment and daytime activities and all our packaging is made of sustainable and/or recycled materials.

The organic flower seed mix includes: Inkarnate clover, Greater chrysanthemum, Greater poppy, Lesser pimpernel, Cornflower, Coriander, Persian clover, Phacelia, Huttentut, White clover, Black cumin, Lemon yellow honey clover, Corn marigold, Caraway, Diplotaxis tenuifolia, Wild chicory, Common daisy, Yarrow, Red clover, True chamomile, Narrow plantain and Sareptamustard.
Some seeds germinate in spring, others in summer or even after. That way the bees (and you, too) can enjoy flowers all season long.

Celebrate the spring, birthdays, Easter and other holidays with the Blossombs celebration hangers! At Blossombs ‘celebrating life’ is all about biodiversity, sustainability and above all its beauty! For you and for bees, because we believe what is beautiful for you, can also be beautiful for nature.
Each hanger contains a colorful Blossomb. Use the hanger as a gift tag, as a decoration during festivities or in your home at any time, or simply as a fun, small gift. Afterwards, throw the Blossomb outdoors, for example in your garden, in a pot on your balcony or on a bare patch of land (do not use in nature conservation areas). The flowers that grow from the seed bomb are full of food for bees and butterflies, allowing them to enjoy their own feast in the spring!
The hanger and card are made from 100% recycled paper and are assembled by people with a disability and/or distance from the labor market.
