Dear friends, I fell in love with Miami the first time I visited. Where else can you find such a convergence of breathtaking Latin influence, spectacular modern architecture and outand-about fashion crowds? From SoBe to the Design District to major events like Art Basel, artists and designers find inspiration in Miami’s majestic palms, bright azure skies and eclectic, fun-loving spirit. So Miami became our 2010 Spring/Summer design destination. We have interpreted its essence in a soothing, natural palette of cream, white, sage and warm grey, which makes our signature motif, an oversized palm leaf, that much more sophisticated. But what is Miami without fun bright colors? By adding dark brown to the Kew collection, we’ve created a great playfield for exploring innovative ways to add color and texture with our pillows. More than ever, this catalog has allowed us to help make the world a brighter, more beautiful place in ways that reach far beyond the idyllic retreats we create. We have strengthened our position in charity involvement by working with Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, Virginia’s Food for Others, Vital Voices Global Partnership and Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Along the way, we broke ground in our industry by introducing a bedding collection designed by a child for our Bliss Kids launch to benefit Children’s National Medical Center. All the artwork submitted was wonderful, and we are proud to have encouraged these budding artists to pursue their dreams! Join us in exploring the world while giving back!

Our manufactured suggested retail price (MSRP) is 2.25 x wholesale rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. You will receive both a wholesale price list and a listing of MSRP’s with your first order. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt and report any problems to us right away so that we may correct them. Any damages reported after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.
RETURNS We only accept returns for damaged or mis-shipped product. Prior to returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) from our customer service department at 866.95.BLISS. Please note, Credit will not be given without the inclusion of the RA Number in the shipment.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY We strive to be in-stock on all our products and as accurate as possible when quoting ship dates for new and back-ordered items. However, no matter how hard we strive, there are always situations beyond our control. If a product is available, it will ship within 3-5 days of order receipt pending credit approval.
