Exciting times for lifestyle village By Celeste Lodewyk Exciting new changes have been afoot at Springlands Lifestyle Village. These changes were celebrated last month during the Village’s Open Day which saw more than 200 people take a tour of the grounds and facilities. Village manager Naomi Nailer was thrilled with the response and said as a result a number of studios, apartments and villas were sold. “Everyone commented on how lovely the Village was and appreciated the strong sense of family we have here. “We are proud to be family owned and operated and this came across during the Open Day as we all came together to greet everyone and show them around,” she said. Three studios, three villas and an apartment were sold following the Open Day and enquiries are continuing to come in. For those still considering their options, Naomi said there were still some availabilities. “We still have seven independent apartments available as well as two studios and one serviced apartment” Another exciting change is Naomi’s return to the Village after being away on maternity leave, following the birth of son Max last year. Naomi’s return will see the departure of husband Hayden as Kitchen manager, as he plans to spend quality time at home with the couple’s two children.

“We have such a strong focus on family so Hayden is taking some time off to be with OUR boys, though he will still be around the facility from time to time with the boys and to support me in my role.”
