The Message of "It's Just Yoga" Health & Fitness Festival

Peaceful Pavillion Presented by Chris Vella, State Farm Agent

The message of “It’s Just Yoga” is: Yoga for Everyone, Yoga for You.

Make a $20 Minimum Donation — Get a Festival T-Shirt Get yours early—sizes are limited. While supplies last.

Classes are donation based and open to all. Space may be limited so please come with an open mind and sharing attitude. The festival is built around local businesses, local yoga studios and benefits a local charity, New Hope for Kids.

Visit the Peaceful Pavilion, presented by Chris Vella, State Farm Agent. They’re “Here to Make Life go Right.” Chris and her staff want to help "It’s Just Yoga" Fest participants by offering FREE meditation classes throughout the day in their Peaceful Pavilion (see schedule for times).

Get a Pretty Wristband (you want one, and you must have one to participate)

Dr. Brooke Stuart will be leading the meditation classes, based upon her program, "The Heart Based Practice, Appreciation & Making the Most of Out of the Moment." She will also have a Fall Health Q & A in the afternoon! It will help you navigate the holidays! If you want to feel more connected and at peace with yourself, you will not want to miss the Peaceful Pavilion!

All class participants must sign a release waiver before participating in any class. Children under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by parent or legal guardian Waivers are available at the Information Tent. Wear your wristband to Café Murano and get your first Tito’s cocktail FREE (must be over 21 and only good 10/20/19).

Dr. Stuart is a doctor in Maitland, specializing in holistic counseling and functional medicine.

All Classes are Donation Based

We have tried to make the festival accessible to all by not charging an entry fee, but we do ask that you make a donation to New Hope for Kids. 100% of your donations go to the nonprofit. You will find representatives from New Hope for Kids at the Information Tent. They accept cash, check and credit card donations. If we all give a little, we can help a lot.

Make a $10 Minimum Donation— Get a $5 Whole Foods Gift Certificate While supplies last. Limit one per person.
