Hamper distribution for seniors over 60 years of age is Monday – Thursday 9:30am – 12:00pm. • Senior Delivery This program is available for those 60 years and over and have mobility restrictions. Mission Meals on Wheels
Provides wholesome and affordable meals delivered Monday to Friday. The menu changes and rotates for the best variety and selection to suit dietary needs. Meals are easy to store with packaging enabling you to transfer them to the freezer. Meals are oven and microwave safe. Meals are made with no MSG or preservatives and are prepared and served fresh. The service is available to any adult needing nutritional assistance.
Provide low-cost, hot, mid-day meals delivered by volunteers three days a week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday except on statutory holidays. Each meal consists of a delicious entrée, soup and crackers or salad, plus dessert. Meals can be ordered for regular delivery or on a day-before order basis. Frozen meals, created by the Blackberry Kitchen in Mission, are also offered.
