UNIVERSAL WATER METERS – NEXT STEPS TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Grand Forks is inviting feedback on the Memorandum titled “Universal Water Meters – Next Steps”, completed by professional consulting firm, Urban Systems of Kelowna, B.C. and presented at the June 15, 2015 Committee of the Whole meeting in Council Chambers at City Hall. Feedback will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on June 25, 2015, by email, mail or hand delivery to City Hall at:
