It is with sadness that we morn the Henry twins, David & Beth, born on April 16th, 1932, twins of Ernest and Mary Henry. Beth passed away September 14th, 2014 with her family by her side. A memoriam followed. David passed away September 19th, 2014 with his daughter Charlene (Mark Deathe) and family by his side. David is survived by a daughter, a son & three grand children. A memorial will be held at a later date.

Obituaries John Wayne Trinder November 19, 1940 October 3, 2014 Our beloved Wayne passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family in Kimberley, BC on Friday, October 3, 2014, at the age of 73.
Wayne was born in Kimberley on November 19, 1940, to John and Phyllis Trinder. He married the love of his life Lindis in 1964 and they shared 50 happy years. He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather, and a loyal friend to many. He was employed by City of Kimberley for 35 years, and he retired in 1995 as Manager of Operations Services. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman, and his passions were nature and wildlife, including wildlife conservation and management. He was a member of the Kimberley Rod and Gun Club, a Board member of the Kimberley Special Care Home, a Director of the Kootenay Wildlife Heritage Fund, a member of St. Mary’s Flyfishers, and a volunteer for many community activities. He was a kind and caring man who devoted his life to his family, the community and his love of nature. Wayne is survived by his wife Lindis, his daughters Cori Trinder and Terri (Mark) McKinlay, granddaughters Rylee and Sydney McKinlay and Carly Trinder (the lights of his life), sisters-in-law Desiree McKay (Greg McCormick) and Sue Nicholson, his lifelong best friend Bob Misuraca, and several cousins and many special friends. Wayne was predeceased by his parents John and Phyllis Trinder and his cousin Ron Fontaine. A Celebration of Life gathering for friends and family will be held on Tuesday, October 14th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Centennial Hall in Kimberley. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember Wayne may make a donation to: The Pines Memorial Society, 386 - 2 Avenue, Kimberley, BC, V1A 2Z8. Arrangements entrusted to McPherson Funeral Service.
