Part A includes the supply and installation of 110m of roadwork and drainage, water distribution and sanitary sewer, and site regrading for a municipal roadway. Part A must be complete by November 15, 2014. Part B includes the supply and installation of site servicing and site regrading for a 15 lot private subdivision connecting to the municipal roadway. Contract(s) for Parts A and B may be awarded together, separately, or not at all at the sole discretion of the Owner.
