Always in our hearts... “I will miss you very much - Bill “Love you Mum, sleep tight. - Linda “She was my Mother for 68 years...how lucky I was. - Alan “Don’t forget your favourite son-in-law. - Paul “You have been my grandmother for 49 years. I love you and will miss you. - Deanna “How lucky I am to have had 26 years of memories with my witty and sweet Great Grandma. Thank you for being a part of my life. Gone in body, but with me every day in my heart. Love you always and forever. - Darcie “To be in the presence of my greatgrandparents is to be in the presence of true love. I look up to them both in so many ways and if I can find half the love that they share, I will be a lucky girl. I love you so much. Thank you for so many laughs and smiles, I am so fortunate to have had you in my life. Rest in paradise. - Allison Love from your family.

October 22, 1957 - April 7, 2014 Sandy passed away peacefully on April 7, 2014, after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Sissy was a genuine, kind soul. Her quick wit and sense of humor touched all who knew her. Her great strength, hardworking ethics, and determination was an inspiration to us all. Predeceased by her mom Velma, dad Norman, stepdad Leonard, sister Connie, brothers Lorne and Barry. Survived by brothers Carl (Diane), Ceryle, and Will (Cheri); sisters-in-law Caroline and Lynde, nieces Gina (Richard) and Kirsten; nephews Bob (Tracey), Tyler (Olive), Rod, and Dan; many aunts and uncles, and her fur babies Sam, Sophie, and Sara. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at NRGH who cared for Sandy during her recent stay. Thank you to our family and friends for all of your love and support. Thank you to Sandy's work family from Comox Valley Distribution for your continued prayers and sentiments. No service by her request. Donations may be made in Sandy’s name to the Nanaimo SPCA. Until we meet again; see you in my dreams, Sissy.
