Paul Goundan was the lucky winner of the 2013 Ford F 150 XLT and presenting him with the keys was Fall Fair Chairperson Carol Cutforth. Goundan bought $50 worth of tickets at the Salmon Festival and couldn’t believe it when they said he won. He currently owns a 1977 GMC and said he could really do with it, it was a dream.
