AGREEMENT

It is agreed by the advertiser requesting space that the liability of the Tribune (Black Press Group Limited) in the event of failure to publish an advertisement in or the event of an error appearing in the advertisement as published shall be limited to the amount paid by the advertiser for only one incorrect insertion or the portion of the advertising space occupied by the incorrect or omitted item only, and that there shall be no liability in any event greater than the amount paid for such advertising. All claims of errors in advertising must be received by the publisher within 2 days after the first publication. All advertising is subject to the approval of the publisher. The Tribune reminds advertisers that under Provincial legislation, no person shall use or circulate any form of application for employment, publish or cause to be published an advertisement in connection with employment or prospective employment, or make any written or oral inquiry of an applicant that (a) expresses, either directly or indirectly any limitation, specification or preference as to race, religion, color, sex, marital status, age, ancestry, or place of origin or a person; or (b) requires an applicant to furnish any information concerning race, religion, color, ancestry, place of origin or political belief. In order to be credited for any mistakes the Tribune is responsible for, corrections must be made before the second insertion.

While on rotation, dry camp facilities are provided. This position will be required to work inside the Mill and Crushing facilities or in the field as required.
