You will report to the Regional Director, working to attract and recruit volunteers for speciďŹ c events and—for those demonstrating exceptional personal passion and leadership potential—the role of Leadership Volunteer. By applying volunteer engagement best practices, you will steward these volunteers as they move us closer to achieving our goals and objectives. You will also provide annual volunteer needs assessment and create reports to aid management-level decision making. Some overnight travel may be required.
