STOCKILL DYCK, Peter George May 30, 1943 - April 25, 2012

CAMPSALL Glen Robert June 23, 1930 - April 25, 2012 Bob died peacefully in his home in Mission. He was surrounded by family. Bob served in the Canadian Armed Forces for over 20 years. He then worked for Sunnyhill Children’s Hospital and Parkholm Lodge before retiring to the world of golf. Bob was devoted to his family and friends. He loved working around the home and beachcombing in Hawaii. He mentored many people in AA. He was a man of great integrity and courage, with a great sense of humour and he will be terribly missed. Survived by his loving Wife: Jan Campsall; Children: Bob Campsall (Christa), Allen Campsall (Raeleen), Mitch Campsall (Heather), Mike Nelson, Barb McKenzie (Rob) and Nicole Garza (Ron); Grand children: Michael (Jemaica), Sherri (Mark), Paul (Lis), Becky, Cheryl, Shauna, Michelle, Marina, Cameron, Kevin, Keith, Kyler and Malia; Great grand children: Ryleh, Fenwick, Cooper, Carter and Johan; Siblings: Mae Oost and Roy Campsall; Predeceased by his Daughter Jacqueline.

We are sad to announce the passing of Peter George Dyck after a hard fought battle with cancer. Peter is survived by Virginia, his loving wife of 45 years, sons Peter (Kristy) and Stephen (Leonie) and grandchildren Hailee, Kolby, Chloe, and Sydney. He is also survived by his brothers Frank and Henry, his sisters Mary, Helen, Katie, and Ruth, as well as many brother and sister inlaws, nieces, and nephews. “Big Pete” was born in Neuhorst, Ukraine and his family made its way to Canada when he was 5 years old. He grew up with many hardships, that helped to form the great man he became. Dad and Mom owned a successful construction company in Prince Rupert, and in 1977 all his hard work enabled him to realize his dream of owning a farm, which he operated for 35 years. Dad loved playing basketball, he was able to compete in the BC Winter Games, and he played in a men’s league for many years. His other passion was working in his shop and singing along to the radio while doing custom machining and fabrication, and inventing and engineering many complex projects. When his grandchildren came into his life, he loved to spend time playing and laughing with them. He had a love for good food, especially homemade dishes his loving wife prepared, and enjoyed being the life of the party. A Celebration of Pete’s Life will be held on Sunday, May 27, 2012 from 1-4:00 p.m. at the Langley Golf and Banquet Hall, 21550 - 44th Avenue, Langley, BC. We would like to express our gratitude to the staff at the Abbotsford Regional Hospital for their compassionate care during this most difficult time. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society; www.cancer.ca British Columbia/Yukon Territory

Meta Enns, our precious mom, passed away peacefully in her sleep, on Monday April 23, 2012, age 93. Following surgery and a 2 month stay in ARH due to diverticulitis, she resided in MSA Manor for her last 6 months. Previously Mom had been healthy and extremely busy, living and driving on her own, involved in many activities with family and friends. With all 68 of us local, birthday parties were constant, amidst her commitment to watching the Canucks. She maintained her sense of humour, and loving attitude to the end, as a result of her deep trust in Jesus, who she wants all the glory to go to, for her full life. She is greatly missed and will always be the heart of our large family, leaving her reminder that God is the center of all true love and fulfillment. Mom was born and raised on a farm in Laird, Saskatchewan, with her parents, Henry, Susanna Epp and 3 siblings. She completed school, continued on, becoming an RN, graduating in 1940 from Saskatoon City Hospital. She worked 5 years, then came to B.C. in 1945, to see Peter Enns, who she had met in high school. They were married in September, then moved to Abbotsford, where they remained for the most part of her next 67 years. Along with being a full time mom and homemaker, she was president of the PTA, church ladies aid, involved in Social Credit for many years, did a lot of travelling with dad and/or the family, and was a master of warm hospitality. Mom was predeceased by dad, Peter Enns, in 2005, soon after celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. Also predeceased by her parents Henry and Susanna Epp, 2 sisters, Frieda Heppner, Justina Epp, and Catherine (died at infancy). She is survived by her brother Dave (Hedy) Epp, her 5 children, Brenda (Don) MacBurney, Dick (Anne) Enns, Ken (Phyllis) Enns, Cathy (Doug) Parlee, Cindy (Maurice) Rozek, 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren, amongst other loved relatives. We would like to thank the staff at ARH for their excellent care for Mom during her surgery/recovery (including her granddaughter, grandson and his mother-in-law), plus Dr. Chafe and the amazingly compassionate staff at MSA Manor for their extraordinary care for our dear mom in her last months of life. Viewing: Emmanuel Mennonite Church (3471 Clearbrook Road) Thursday, May 10th, 11am; Graveside Service: South Poplar Cemetery, 12:30pm; Memorial Service: Emmanuel Church, 2pm with reception. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Cyrus Centre would be appreciated.
