The Comox Valley Community Capacity Initiative (Dawn to Dawn, AIDS Vancouver Island, Comox Valley Transition Society and Wachiay) Is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain consultant services in support of the Comox Valley Community Capacity Initiative Project (CVCCI).
