The whole idea behind the fashion line came through the creative energies between the mother-daughter team during Beyonce’s initial launch as a musical artist in the entertainment industry. Through her innate abilities to create fashion, Tina designed and sewed custom dresses and gowns for Beyonce to wear in her concerts and
red carpet appearances during the inception of her career. Tina’s gift in creating fashion wear was strongly nurtured from her exposure to her mother Agnez and her unparalleled gifts to look at a piece of fabric and create a stunning fashion piece. While her mother Agnez grew up in Abbeville, Lousisiana, the family discovered her innate genius at fashion design as she became a self-taught seamstress creating tailored dresses and gowns decorated with gorgeous embroidery, lace, beads and jeweled buttons.
