Gli inserti TSC, sviluppati da Blackbird Racing in esclusiva, sono basati su di una nanotecnologia stampata in 3D specificamente per il motociclismo fuoristrada. Tale tecnologia, testata in applicazioni nel campo militare, negli sport olimpici e Motorsport ( F1 ), si basa sul particolare effetto ventosa delle parti denominate “Vulcano” e “Cono” che modificano sensibilmente il contatto tra il pilota e la moto e migliorano grip, controllo e stabilitA’. Il radicale cambiamento nella sensazione di contatto tra pilota e moto é basato su di un diverso flusso dell’aria all’interno dei componenti e sul diverso effetto antiscivolo conferito dagli inserti.

The TSC inserts, developed exclusively by Blackbird Racing, are based on a 3D printed nanotechnology, specifically for off-road bike sports. This technology, tested both in the military field, as well as in Olympic sports and Motorsports (F1), is based on the specialised vacuum effect generated by two parts - the “Volcano” and “Cone” - which significantly modify the contact between the rider and the bike. This change improves grip, control and stability. The enhanced contact between rider and motorcycle stems from a different flow of air inside the components and on the increased anti-slip effect given by the inserts.
