Black Bear Magazine

Black Bear is an arts and literature magazine for artists from, or who have ties to, West Virginia. Based in Wheeling, the goal of this publication is to provide a platform for artists in the area to have a voice and to showcase the wonderful talent of the artists in the Wild and Wonderful hills of this state.
