The Big Story
All our products align familiar stories and eternal truths with the grand narrative of God’s Word. Each principle points to God’s grand design and His unfolding plan to redeem His creation. So what is the grand story that God is unfolding?

Creation

In the beginning, everything was perfect. God had fashioned a beautiful world out of nothing and created man to occupy it and cultivate it. Mankind was meant to subdue the earth—to discover, harness, and nurture its usefulness for the glory of God and the benefit of others. Man’s innate design carried many resemblances to God Himself, and man was to use those designs and abilities to cultivate the earth.
Fall
But mankind made a choice. Though man lived in paradise, man chose to violate the one command God had given him. Because of his disobedience, mankind was banished from paradise, and the world was subjected to the consequences of his sin. Work became frustrating and futile. Life became hard and painful. The world fell far from where it should have been, and history would come to offer numerous accounts of man misusing the earth for his own selfish purposes.
Redemption
But by the kindness of God, man’s story does not end here. Mankind deserved God’s punishment for his violations, but God in His unsurpassable kindness chose to rescue His own creation. The Maker of the Universe gave His own perfect Son to be punished instead of man. Jesus Christ, the sinless Son of God, became a man Himself and lived a life of perfect obedience to God. But in spite of His perfect obedience, Jesus died falsely accused and publicly executed. Jesus died tortured on a cross bearing the eternal consequences of mankind’s sin. Jesus was sentenced to death so that man could have life.
The cross is God’s masterpiece—His pivotal act of pursuing and redeeming His fallen creation. Satan and sin have infected the world with darkness and grief, but God is at work to restore the paradise that once was. An education aligned with these three phases of human history will enable your child to see the world as God designed it, see the damaging effects of sin, and then act with knowledge and wisdom to counter those effects. Using biblical principles to love and care for others, using math and science to solve problems, and using history to examine the effects of decisions can all point to the brilliance of God and His loving care for His creation. A biblical education enables your child to live a life in step with God’s ultimate plan to redeem His fallen creation.
