Dolnośląskie Wrocław Piast Brewery Mutlifunctional: Redevelopment of former brewery About the project: Real estate developer Archicom bought 100% of the project, a former brewery, for 36 million pln from Altona Investments. The 5.77 ha plot in Wrocław, located at ul. Jedności Narodowej 204-220, including several buildings belonging to the defunct brewery Browar Piast. The revitalization will involve the renovation of the historic buildings as well as providing additional space in new construction. The complex will offer luxurious lofts, retail and office space for lease. The investment will proceed in stages. Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park Other About the project: Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park is the largest Park in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Park is located in the central part of Poland, on an area of almost 286 hectares. Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz Other About the project: Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz with an area of approx. 90 000 m2 will consist of 6 halls. All objects will be constructed in accordance with modern warehouse management, production and logistics requirements. Surfaces will be able to adopt the installation and

First stage of the project Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz with SBU’s (Small Business Units) with an area of 9 072 m2, will offer warehouses and offices for micro and small entrepreneurs, start-ups, companies with less storage space required. Second hall, with an area of 16 200 m2, is dedicated to logistics operators with cross-dock solutions. Modern Class A surfaces will ensure the storage of goods to a height of 10 meters net. Inowroclaw Inowroclaw Economic Area Other About the project: In response to increasing requirements of prospective investors, the City of Inowrocław prepared approx. 35 hectares of land, comprehensively developed for investment projects, provided with access roads, footways, parking bays and the infrastructure necessary to start an investment process. The Inowrocław Economic Area project was implemented in the years 2007 – 2012 and comprised, besides design and construction work, a modification of local land use plans to enable the introduction and development of companies representing many different sectors.
